These Terms of Use govern access to the Mockingbird Lab platform, including client portals, zone playback, scheduling, support workflows and administrative tools provided under a client agreement.

Authorized Use

Access is limited to authorized users invited by Mockingbird Lab or by an approved client administrator. Users must keep their credentials confidential and use the platform only for legitimate venue music operations, support requests and contracted services.

Platform Operations

The platform may provide playback controls, zone monitoring, schedules, playlists, invite management and support features. Availability may vary by client configuration, network conditions and service agreement.

Technical Usage Records

For security, support, contracted zone monitoring and audit purposes, Mockingbird Lab may process limited technical stream usage data as described in the Privacy Notice.
